I accept Paypal which usually means the payment clears straightaway, which in turn means I can ship your order to you straight away (normally the next working day). I can also accept cheque, but this takes 4 or 5 days for payment to clear, so obviously it will take a little bit longer for your order to be shipped.

Once payment is received, I normally ship orders the next working day. I live in the UK so use Royal Mail to ship my items to you. If you would prefer another shipping method, please contact me as soon as you place your order and I will be happy to help. I am happy to combine shipping for multiple purchases.

Just in case your Etsy address is different to your Paypal address, please let me know which address you would like your item shipped to....just to make sure you receive it as quickly as possible! I'll contact you to confirm when your order has been shipped.

Air Mail from the UK to the US usually takes 5 to 7 working days. If you live in the UK, your item will normally be shipped by first class recorded delivery. I am happy to ship anywhere else in the world and will let you know approximate shipping times to your country once the order has been shipped.

With the exception of orders sent within the UK, shipping does not include insurance or tracking, so if you would like this, please let me know and I will enquire how much this will cost. If you would like the order shipped to someone else (for example if it is a gift), please send me their full address and any message to the recipient that you would like included. You can include this info in the Message to Seller box at checkout.
